Financial exclusion workshop with a £20 thank you for taking part: 24 January 2023
The Finance Innovation Lab are looking for people who have struggled to access important financial services, this could mean:

  • You’ve been declined for a loan
  • You’ve used payday loans or unlicensed lenders when you’ve needed to borrow money (an unlicensed lender could be, for example, a friend or acquaintance, someone known in your area for lending money, or a loan shark)
  • You’ve not been able to open a bank account
  • You have a poor credit rating
  • They are offering £20 payment to people to take part. If you are interested in participating, please complete the registration form. Places are limited so apply today.

Christmas opening hours and application deadlines

The office will be closed from midday on Friday 23 December and reopen on Tuesday 03 January 2023. Any payments that come in during this time will be paid from Tuesday 03 January.

Latest date for guaranteed loan decision is Friday 16 December 2022.

Latest date for guaranteed savings withdrawal Thursday 22 December 2022.

Xmas club money was paid out on Friday 18 December 2022.
